I'm Theodore James Miller, but I go by Teddy.
I'm a Creative Director, Writer, Product Designer and Creative Technologist based in Brooklyn. Most recently I led Audible’s global creative campaign: Stories that speak to you.
Before Audible, I was head of creative at Cutwater's NY + SF studios, running campaigns for brands like LG and MoneyGram.
I came up at agencies like 72andSunny, Anomaly, and Droga5, where I spent over a decade creating work for E*TRADE, Monster, JetBlue, Mercedes-Benz, Burger King, and ESPN. Some of it won awards (Gold Pencil, Cannes shortlists, Clios, Effies). Most of it I'm proud of.

These days I'm also building with AI. This year I designed, wrote, coded and launched Startender, a hiring app for bartenders and bars, live on the App Store, Google Play and the web. I built it solo, with AI agents as my engineering team: the brand, the app, the data engine behind 700,000+ mapped venues, and the growth system that keeps it running. Today it has 9,000+ open jobs across 975 cities, and 1,100+ nightlife workers have signed up. Now I can take an idea from a napkin to a shipped product in days, and I bring that speed to every brand I work with.
Interests: Long walks on the beach, Sunday Night Football, and spending way too much money at vinyl stores in Greenpoint.
